How to install texture mods
If you’re new to MDickie games, you may be wondering how to install textures mods such as a wrestler attires.
All you need to do is navigate to your folder in the main WR3D root folder which can be found under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wrestling Revolution 3D
If you’re downloading a wrestler or environment mod which requires texture replacement (or addition) you simply rename the downloaded files to the same name as the texture you’re replacing.
You can also add textures to your costumes folder (where the wrestler textures are stored). So you can have as many textures in here as you like. Just be sure to name the files correctly in your folders. If the last texture is called Body50 in the bodies folder, your new T-shirt mod you downloaded would be named Body51. This is the same for all body parts (Legs, hands, arms, etc).
As long as these files are named correctly you will have no issue downloading costume mods. Sadly we can only ADD costume textures, we are unable to add environment textures as these are tied to programmed elements in the game so there’s no way for the game to recognise them.
